Alice in Wonderland

i always love and adore Alice..and the twisted story of a dreamy fairytale about an obscure life of weird creatures n magical beings...

i'm a fan ofAlice..i just love her misguided-innocent-curious personality..she's very sweet and brave..and also her frilly dress of course~!

actually...this story is not just a story...this amazing creation made by Lewis Caroll had meanings beneath the surface: The Mad World that Alice encounters is an interpretation or a phylosophy about her adolescent years , its a journey of "young person who is developing from a child to an adult". Alice must know that she's growning up by every second, she must accept the bold truth that she's no longer a child anymore. The Mad World that made her to be a curiouser is a guidance for her even though its dangerous and full of obscure events. It is to made her realize and learn that she could bring herself to be more in control of her own life and could choose decisions wisely without having a hard time facing her 'enemies'.

Hey Guys, Tim Burton's Movie Adaptation Alice in Wonderland Movie will be released in March 5th of 2010 (USA) n here is the trailer, just click this link below~ if you are curious x]

some famous quotes from Alice in Wonderland:

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."
(Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 6)

"Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to," said the Cat.
"I don’t much care where--" said Alice.
"Then it doesn’t matter which way you go," said the Cat.
"--so long as I get SOMEWHERE," Alice added as an explanation.
"Oh, you’re sure to do that," said the Cat, "if you only walk long enough."
(Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 6)

(The above quote is often mistakenly referred to as: "If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there." But this line is not in the Alice in Wonderland books.)

"Curiouser and curiouser!"
(Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 2)

"Who are YOU?" said the Caterpillar.
This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, "I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then."
(Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 5)

" Well! I've often seen a cat without a grin," thought Alice; " but a grin without a cat! It's the most curious thing I ever say in my life!"
(Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 6)

"Tut, tut, child!" said the Duchess. "Everything's got a moral, if only you can find it."
(Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 9)

By the way, for your information, Alice in Wonderland is specially made and dedicated to Alice Liddel, the young girl that Lewis Caroll had been always adore since he met her for the first time in his life. She gave so much of inspirations to Lewis and introduced him to the side of her imagination world that he admired most.
